It’s back to school for those in the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Windsor Program. These are the faces of tomorrow’s healthcare and we hope some of them will stick around and work in Windsor-Essex after graduation.

Today Windsor Regional Hospital welcomed a new batch of medical learners.  They join us at an exciting time as we are attempting to redefine the future of healthcare in our region starting with a new state-of-the-art hospital.

Those already in the program tell us Windsor is extremely welcoming and supportive.  They say they’re given hands-on experiences they can’t get in larger hospitals.

But our facilities are a bit “old school” and we are looking forward to a new, modern hospital for these students to practice in when they graduate!
